Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager for a direct-hire opportunity supporting a leading construction organization based in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a safety professional with a strong background in MEP or General Construction who is ready to step into a corporate-level position driving companywide safety initiatives.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$120,000, depending on experience and credentials.

You will play an essential role in developing, implementing, and overseeing safety processes, training programs, compliance systems, and site-level support across multiple project locations.

Our Expectations

Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage companywide safety policies, programs, and procedures.

* Provide guidance and oversight for safety performance across all MEP and general construction projects.

* Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

* Lead and support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

* Deliver safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and ongoing development for field and office staff.

* Partner with project managers, superintendents, and executives to promote a proactive safety culture.

* Support preconstruction planning by reviewing high-risk scopes, safety plans, and subcontractor documentation.

* Maintain regulatory documentation, training records, and corporate compliance files.

* Collaborate with insurance, risk management, and HR teams on claims, reporting, and compliance matters.

* Represent the organization during audits, third-party evaluations, and client safety meetings.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

* 4-year degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.

* CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.

* Strong background in MEP or General Construction required.

* Minimum of 3–7 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.

* Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard mitigation, high-risk construction activities, and safety management systems.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

* Proficiency with safety documentation, training platforms, and digital reporting tools.
